SKILLROW CLASS
SKILLROW professional application is designed to let trainers organize and manage the most innovative formats for rowing classes. Trainers can create truly immersive experiences from a single control station, the UNITY™ SELF kiosk, that enables them to create a class profile, stage boat races, show individual data, and manage the music and the microphone. SKILLROW CLASS is unlike any other group fitness experience because participants work out as a team and are part of a real rowing squad, just like elite athletes. It takes rowing into a new digital era, giving new energy to the gym floor.
As a trainer, you:
• Display individual results in real time and help each participant to improve his or her individual performance using the User view.
• Create class profiles using the professional website and show the class participants how the intensity of the workout will change over time in order to let them have a better and more engaging experience.
• Bring your own music and load them on UNITY™ SELF via USB or Bluetooth
• Manage the class music, microphone and performance views with only one touch.
• Access to dedicated and additional information and controls to guide the experience in most professional and easy way on UNITY SELF
As a end user, you:
• Enjoy the team workout that has all the characteristics of high profile athletic training. Performance is monitored to provide real-time feedback, and improve workout efficiency and effectiveness.
• RACES offers participants the chance to row together as a real crew, whose members must row with perfect synchronization and stroke pattern.
• Can immediately review your own automatically tracked individual results and have a single compliance index that easily compare what you have done with the expected performance.
As an operator, you own the key information on members’ workouts and class success that allow you to improve class attendance and member retention and expand your business potential.
